How does the app detect a crash?
Our technology uses your smartphone's motion sensors and accelerometer to identify high G-forces and sudden changes in speed consistent with an impact. Once detected, the system activates to call for help.
Will I get help if I can't answer the phone?
Yes. If a serious crash is detected, the app will send an immediate notification to your Circle members with your exact location. In advanced plans, we will also contact emergency services automatically.
Does driving detection affect my battery?
No. The system is designed to be efficient. It only uses high-precision sensors when it detects that the vehicle is in motion, minimizing the impact on your battery during the rest of the day.
