Replaceable battery (CR2032)
Uses a standard, replaceable CR2032 coin cell battery. We recommend Duracell batteries with a bitter coating to prevent ingestion, especially by children and pets.
iPhone or Android devices.
iOS: Works with the Apple Find My app on iPhone or iPad. The latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS is recommended. The Find Items app on Apple Watch requires the latest version of watchOS.
Android: Works with the Google Find My Device app on Android phones or tablets running Android 9+ with Google Play Services.
Google Find My Device network requires location services, Bluetooth, and mobile data or internet connection to be enabled. Available on Android 9+ and in select countries for eligible users.

FAQ
You can add up to 32 items to Apple Find My, including shared items and accessories like IK Point. Google Find My Device does not have a publicly specified limit for the number of Bluetooth devices you can add, but we've successfully tested with over 32 IK Point devices.
For the I Inthesk I app, we recommend adding a maximum of 6 IK Points if using an Android device and up to 9 if using an iPhone. We suggest only adding IK Points where you truly need extra features, like the Call Your Phone function.
No. IK Point works with only one network at a time—either Apple Find My or Google Find My Device. But don’t worry! Both networks have millions of devices that can help you locate your items quickly.
To switch networks, you can reset the tracker by removing it from the current app (and the I Inthesk I app) and then reconnecting it from another device. A bonus: IK Point makes a great gift since you don’t need to worry about the recipient’s device type.
Simultaneous use of both networks isn’t possible due to Apple and Google’s policies and the incompatibility between Apple Find My and Google Find My Device.
Unlike previous models from I Inthesk I, IK point is a universal locator in terms of connectivity, compatible with Apple Find My or Google Find My Device.

IK Point works with Android phones (via Google Find My Device) and iPhones (via Apple Find My).
For Android, your phone must run Android 9 or later and have Google Play Services.
For iPhones, you’ll need iOS 14.5 or later. We recommend using the latest iOS version.
If you want to take advantage of additional EXTRA features, install the I Inthesk I app, which includes ik Safe360 and is free and compatible with both Android and iPhone (NOT compatible with ik POINT).

For example, a 4-pack includes four individual boxes—perfect for sharing with forgetful friends or family.
You can return IK Points for a full refund to your original payment method within 15 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in good condition and in their original packaging.
I Inthesk I does not cover return shipping costs and reserves the right to deny returns after 15 days.
