3 de June de 2021It doesn’t happen often, but it does: you are next to your I inthesk I with the application open and it just won’t connect ( go to the ” Search ” function ). Fortunately, it is quite easy to get your I inthesk I to connect again.
Make sure your phone and app are updated to the latest version. These updates often resolve technical issues, as they improve performance and overall reliability.
If the update has not resolved the problem, you can follow the steps below to fix the problem:
Bluetooth upgrade
- Turn your phone or tablet off and then on again.
- Turn Bluetooth back on and open the ProtectedTools app again.
- Be patient: it may take up to 2 minutes to reconnect.
If this does not work, try resetting your I inthesk I by holding down the button for 5 seconds.
