The inthesk is not in range

Before troubleshooting, check if you have these options enabled:
- Bluetooth is turned on.
- Location settings are enabled correctly, see this article for how to do this.
- Your device’s software is up to date. This will ensure that your device has the latest Bluetooth support.
- You have the latest version of the ProtectedTools app.

Restart your inthesk:
Reset your I inthesk I by pressing and holding the button for 5 seconds, then press it again for 5 seconds to reset it.
