Make sure your iOS device meets the minimum requirements for the iK Health app. If it does not, the app will not appear in the Apple App Store on that device.

You can check the iOS version of your phone by going into your phone’s settings: Settings -> General -> About -> Version.

Please read the list of officially supported devices to make sure your device is compatible.
