How can I modify or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact the inthesk support immediately.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we can:

– change the shipping address, as long as the new address is not in a different country
– change the billing address
– cancel and refund your order, so in case you have made a mistake when ordering, you can simply place your revised order.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so we may not be able to “catch” your order before it is shipped.
